How to use:Apply every day in the evening on the dark joints only not all over your skin. use coconut oil day time on the knuckles. once you start peeling stop using the cream and continue using the coconut oil only, morning and evening.
After you finish peeling completely, start applying the knuckle cream again but 3 times a week to maintain.
